Hannah is a San Francisco-based writer and content strategist, and former Fashion Director at POPSUGAR and the Editorialist. With extensive experience in digital editorial and more than a decade in the Fashion industry, Hannah is a style expert and skilled storyteller with a passion for compelling copy and building strong brand identity.
Hannah spent years crafting the overall strategy and vision for POPSUGAR’s Fashion and Shopping verticals, with an emphasis on smart SEO, creating thoughtful editorial for a portfolio of retail partners, and editing and managing writers and freelancers.
As a mother of two young children with her own creative ambitions, Hannah turned her attention to nurture the topics close to her heart. Amidst the pandemic, she became the founding editor of a small-batch, independent lifestyle magazine, In Kind, dedicated to exploring the intersection between motherhood and ambition.
Now, she shares her own essays and style-focused content in her weekly Substack, Shopping For Friends, offering candid shopping recommendations—and equally candid takes on motherhood and life.
